Samsung Electronics is to introduce its all-new ‘Smart Hub’ at home electronics exhibition CES 2013 in Las Vegas this upcoming January 8th.
Smart Hub is a content platform for Samsung Smart TVs that allows users to navigate through their television’s features.
The company claims that the new Smart Hub will offer a more intuitive experience with various contents, live TV broadcasts, VoD, apps, Internet and such like. All this content will be available on one screen divided into five sections, each holding a spot for a different category.

The five categories are ‘On TV’ for live TV, ‘Movies & TV Shows’ based on VoD content, ‘Apps’ for various applications, ‘Social’ for SNS contents sharing function, ‘ Photos, Videos & Music’ for personal contents.
