3.Olive Oil

5.Honey Mask
- Using a headband or barrettes pin hair back from the face.
- Wet a facecloth with very warm water.
- Place on the face for 3-5 minutes to open pores.
- Take 2-3 tablespoon of honey and smear over the face.
- Sit back and relax for 15 minutes.
- Remove honey with a warm water rinse.
- Follow with your favorite moisturizer or 1 teaspoon of olive oil
6.Egg White Mask
This is especially good for moisturizing in those cold winter months.
- Pull hair back from the face.
- Take one egg white and gently ‘paint’ face avoiding eye area.
- Sit back and close your eyes till the egg white dries.
- Rinse with clear warm water.
7.Avocado Mask For Face And Hands
- You’ll need 2-gallon size zip lock bags.
- Take one ripe avocado and mash into a thick paste.
- Depending on the ripeness of the avocado you may want to add 1-3 teaspoons of olive oil. This will make the mask easier to spread.
- Apply the mask to your face and hands. Make sure you massage the mixture into your cuticles.
- Slide your hands inside the bag.
- Lie back and relax.
- Remove the ziplock bags and wash your hands with warm water.
- Now rinse your face with clean warm water.
- Follow up with a light moisturizing lotion on your face and hands.

8.Lavender
